Where the technology comes from
- 2002. Our manufacturing partner filed the world's first patent on pristine single-layer graphene, two years before the key paper appeared in Science.
- 2006–2007. Invented the primary mass-production methods — supercritical fluid and liquid-phase exfoliation — and graphene thermal film as a heat spreader.
- 2012. Built and operated the world's first commercial-scale graphene oxide facility, and began producing graphene thermal films.
- 2022. Recognized globally as a Top 100 Innovator for the quality of that patent portfolio.
