Graphene-silicone soft pads across a broad thickness, hardness and dielectric range. The thickness span absorbs real tolerance stack-up while keeping electrical isolation between device and sink, and the softest grades reach high conductivity without high compression force.
Placed as a solid preform, then softens above the transition temperature to wet both surfaces and fill the gaps between them. No pump-out, no screen printing, no cure step, and bond-line thickness set by the part rather than by dispense volume and operator technique.
