In-plane thermal film
Highly oriented film for lateral heat spreading. Its advantage is what happens as it gets thicker: conventional graphite sheet loses conductivity sharply with thickness, while our film holds well above 1,400 W/m·K at 150 µm. Since spreading capacity is conductivity multiplied by thickness, that is where the real difference shows up. Flexible, with an uninterrupted sp² conjugated network that survives repeated bending.
- Above 1,400 W/m·K in-plane at 150 µm
- 25–150 µm standard range
- −20 to +120 °C
- Laminations, adhesives and die-cut parts to print
